Calling motivated creative professionals to join Dutch Invertuals Academy!
To apply, send us a personal statement (1 page), 5 images that describe yourself as a creative and a short text about what you hope to achieve during this academy, to academy@dutchinvertuals.nl.
We scout based on ambition, experimental attitude and focus. Selected participants will be notified. The best works (selected with focus on quality and relevance) will be presented at Dutch Design Week 2026.

Practical details
Participation is made possible through our Adopt a Designer model. Forward-thinking organisations support the next generation of creative talent, while designers get the space, time and expertise to develop meaningful work. This gives designers the opportunity to make and present work and join a strong research program. Selected participants are expected to commit to the full program. All the necessary information including time schedules and briefings will be sent upon selection.

Costs
– Made possible through our Adopt a Designer partnership model. (€2 500 per adopted designer)
– You might need an additional budget for creating your own work or travels
Time
±30 hours total across the program: with the intensity concentrated in the period before October, 2026
